Being a member of Local 1611 provides you access to training courses that help you advance your skills and further your career. Whether your goal is to work on bridge construction, in a precast plant, or in traffic control, Local 1611’s Training Plan has developed the courses and customized the training to assist you in achieving your goals. Local 1611 training courses take you from basic instruction to supervisory training.
Courses are offered at various times Province wide by the Training Plan. Members will be notified of upcoming courses in their area as they are scheduled.
